I felt that every staff members had working with me were patient and caring and willing to listen to my fears and worrys I had and offer advice which was good because it spurred me on to do well with my rehabilitation.
The gentle and kind approach was much appreciated.

I found each very approachable and encouraging some of the tasks were scary e.g standing on a plastic step with the aid of cruches.

The hospital could be improved of course, but I have had a lot of good treatment and kindness from the ladies in this clinic nothing is ever too much trouble for them, also reception staff.
